The ultimate function of a system’s meetings, is to permit collective decisions making so as to drive collective action and results. This will develop transversal teamwork, cooperation and collective ownership of organization processes and results.
We want to have teams, rather than leaders, that are decision driven.
To delegate the meeting functions, the following roles are being proposed, each one of them could be carried out by one of the team members in turn.
